With a deep background in movement and how the body holds the truth that may be unconscious, held in our painful or numb body, I work with you to offer a sensory experience of your potential freedom, beyond the limits of your mind.

Connecting the Eyes, Neck and Pelvic Floor

We will explore states of deep rest through basic variations of familiar somatic movements, focusing on the eyes, neck, and pelvic floor. We will investigate how small shifts in attention and movement in one area can promote relaxation in other parts of the body along the central axis. Please note that this class includes side-lying positions, so a head support will be necessary.
